WORST SERVICE FROM BMW

. I have been struggling with BMW since January 2020. Worst afterservice ever. Even spoke to BMW South Africa as well as GM and Aftersales Manager Gelmer Mulder, Service Manager at BMW Zambesi Auto, Rudi the worst person to deal with. Arrogant, RUDE and no customer service nor people skills EMPTY PROMISES AND THEN THE MOTORPLAN GETS THE BLAME
