WORST SERVICE EVER

Took my car in today to Auto Alpina BMW, for the recall. Ian called me at about 10:14am to tell me that I have to pay in order for them to replace what needs to be replace due to the recall. Told him I don't have the budget for that as I was notified that this is a BMW recall. I asked him to have the driver pick me up at 12pm, the driver came late, so I couldn't go as my lunch was close to finish. Ian eventually called me back after I called more than 4 times to speak to him. He then put me on hold for 15 minutes telling me that he is going to put me through to his dealer principal. Till now I still don't know what's happening to my car. This is the worst BMW service I've ever experienced.
