Worst service ever

<p>book my Mini Cooper S in for a service this morning at 7 it 13:00 and nobody has phone me yet to let me know whats going on the Car only have 3700 km on the clock and its not even a year old but the service light went on, the Service advicer keep on telling me they are waiting for BMW South Africa to let them know if they can service the car, I ask them this morning to please let me know asap as i still need to travel this afternoon, i am shocked as the car is still on the same place not moved or any info on to were we stand. this is really the worst service i had in my life at any dealership. i had to leave early tis morning as i stay in welkom and the dealership is in Bloemfontein, there is no service at Sovereign Bloemfontein!!!!!!! I will never in my life make use of their pathetic service ever again!!!!</p>
