WORST service

<p>My car went to your Clearwater branch for a few things that were not right on my 7 month old 2 series.</p> <p>The car was there for about 3 days. I would like to bring the following under your attention:<br />One thing was a rattle in front of my car. So while testing my car, they obviously had to drive my car (which I do not mind). Reviewing my tracking report from Discovery, it came under my attention that they were driving over the speed limit, harsh braking and accelerating while driving my car. Also, according to me the road they where driving has a speed limit of 80km/h and the report shows that there were some places they where driving over the speed limit.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel this is absolutely unacceptable. My car is not a toy car to be driven like by the BMW test people. If this person was in an accident, it could have had multiple complications, especially if they where driving over the speed limit. I am very unhappy about this.</p> <p> </p> <p>The respons I got from Kobus was pathetic: Looking at the tracker report and as well the speeds travelled, the vehicle was not driven recklessly neither at an excessive speed. I spoke to my Technical Manager (Derek) who test drove the vehicle with the technician and commented that he over took two slow moving vehicles (Trucks) twice thus the increase in speed (Fig1). I have saved a copy of the speed limit for the road travelled to compare the speeds as per the report (Fig2). The harsh acceleration shown with the low speed travel indicates that the gentleman was pulling off from a stop street / robot. There is no repetition on the report that could indicate to excessive speeding neither reckless driving.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to me they where driving over the speed limit. Case closed. If they where in an accident my insurance would not have paid out. My tracker stated harsh acceleration and harsh braking- which means it was HARSH!!! It does not matter if it was at a low speed. I am pretty sure you can pull away/over take a car without it being harsh and one can brake without it being harsh.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please remind me to never purchase a car from BMW ever again, not to rfer someone.</p>
