WORST MOTOR BRAND & CUSTOMER RELATION (BMW SA)

My transition from a VW to a BMW was my worst decision iv ever made in purchasing a vehicle in my Life time of buying cars.

I complained to BMW SOUTH AFRICA for the over heating issue @ auto bavaria and they did not assist in any way what so ever. basically made me fix the vehicle at my own cost. @ Volkswagen I never had this issue- they know how to treat their customers as for BMW SA a dead LOSS.

Purchased my BMW in Feb 2020 My BMW had an over heating issue. I took the vehicle to one of the BMW(auto Bavaria) dealers on 3 occasions after replacing the water pump@ auto Bavaria the vehicle over heated again. took it straight back to the dealer (auto Bavaria) They then told me the engine now needs replacement. now I'm left with a stripped vehicle and paying for a vehicle I cant even use.
