Worst customer service on the planet

Each and every encounter at this place is so traumatic I regret buying a BMW. Collecting my vehicle after purchase was a nightmare of a process firstly, but I eventually let it go as damage control was done. Today, I had to wait from 8:30 to 11:00 am just to get a shuttle service home, which is up the road from this dealership. I have never felt so disrespected as a client in my life. And the nonchalance and lack of concern for costumers is just vile. I doubt I will ever come back here ever again.
