Worst customer service ever

The worse ****ing service I ever received from Bmw Polokwane and BMW South Africa. They tell you to take you car to a ****ing authorised dealer for a service in fact your car comes out of BMW with more ****ing problems than it went in for.

The worst ****ing customer service from Merisa head office and Jeff BMW Polokwane.

I’d rather take my ****ing car to unauthorised centre than to BMW. They quick to sell the car but not fix it when they **** up your car.

There should be a zero rating as well because of the disgusting service they provide.
