Worst customer service ever

My car was taken for brake repairs(squeeky sound), service and damaged rubber on the rear window. Three days later, i was given the car back and told that the brakes and car can still do 4000km's without the need for repairs. Hardly a 1000km, caution message on both brake pads and service. Now the car is 50km's over motorplan because of the trips i had to make to their dealership due to their inefficiency and they refuse to fix the car because it is 50km over 100,000km's maintenance plan. What they fail to understand is that they can see that the car was due for service and brake pads long before the 100,000 mark. BMW has lost a loyal customer.
