Worst customer service

Never have I ever got such unprofessional service from the help desk in my life Kate from Menlyn BMW is the worst of them all she answers the phone unprofessionally then she makes you wait and after holding for 15minutes she comes back ad tells you that she cannot hear you and you should call again. Then while you hold to speak to the service advisers she transfers you to a person who still cannot help you I think Kate is really comfortable and she is not interested in her Job anymore she is just not interested in the needs of customers I have been looking for help for the past two days I still haven't received it to this day
