Worst customer service at Auto Alpina

Went to the branch at Auto Alpina today. No greeting of walk in customers. No assistance offered. I had to call customer service to ask regarding the status of my car. Been waiting the whole day and never got a call giving me an update. The worst part is that you don’t even offer transport to and from a destination. I wonder what you would do in My situation. How can it take you an entire day to sort out something when I booked my car in this morning. I don’t understand this at all. Worst customer service I’ve experienced here. And will not visit again. Just a side note,as a customer you have to find your own way home when you booked your car in. As a customer we do pay your salary in a way. And this is the service you offer. Then I’d rather take my money and go and spend it at a branch more worth it.
