Why drive a BMW?

I was told by BMW SA customer service consultant they would call me back within 24hrs to give me feedback on my vehicle repair, after much poor service from the dealership. Another also called me on Thursday and said they also would follow up and let me know what the progress was within 24hrs. 96hrs later and still nothing. Sadly also poor service and then they wonder why I don’t want to drive a BMW anyone. Such basic customer service, yet fail hands down.
