WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE

Never in my life did I have such and amazing experience at a dealership. Left home asking my wife to pick me up twenty minutes later as it normally takes long to book a vehicle in to a workshop (before I owned BMW). What an experience, I filled in the gate pass, as I drove up to the main entrance a lady stopped me. I was politely greeted by name (WOW). The lady then informed me exactly why I was there and requested the driver to take my car to the workshop. Sandra greeted me inside and I was immediately handed the job card by the receptionist to check and sign. The whole process took less than a minute. I was then taken to a reception area to enjoy coffee and fresh sandwiches while I waited for my wife. The driver came in as well offering to take me home. I recently traded in both my late model Mercs in on two new BMW's and what a joy, the 428i Conv and the 116i can not be described, such amazing vehicles ...David showed me exactly what they did on the lift when I fetched my vehicle as I was a bit concerned on the phone. Well done to Best Auto and BMW SA should be proud of this dealership going much more than the extra mile...
