WELL DONE BMW FROM YOUR TOP TO THE BOTTOM. STUPENDOUSLY GREAT SERVICE! ALWAYS!

I recently purchased an old BMW i3.I was having battery problems and took it into BMW Bedfordview. Wayne, the Workshop Manager at that dealership has been superb. Attentive and will not let ANYTHING go until he has resolved the issue. I have over the decades owned many BMW's and to this day drive a BMW 1600 bike. What I have discovered, consistently is that BMW loves a challenge. They thrive on having to solve problems and make a customer Ecstatic. Wayne certainly does. But it gets better. He escalated the problem up the ladder all the way to Stuart Holliman at Head Office. These guys ALL HAVE ENGINEERING MINDS. They will simply not let something rest until sorted and they have simply......NOT DISAPPOINTED! Thank you BMW!
