vehicle not cleaned and damaged inside

after service my vehicle received with dirty hand and finger stains from mechanic or whomever was in my vehicle and console and dashboard terribly scratched. service consultant not interested. laughed at me when i complained and i said i am reporting it to hello peter. i said this is not the way it would expect the service from BMW to be. i said BMW is supposed to have a good reputation and a have to receive my car in this condition. he blamed it on the branch not having water. i said i left my vehicle in good faith with BMW and expected to have my vehicle returned in the same condition. instead i received my vehicle in a state with dirt marks all over the front seats, steering column, door frames, inside column of window on the material, dash, the console, and the console and dash were scratched. even the carpets were left with dirt marks. i am very proud of my car and look after it well. this is not the way in which i left it with the branch. and being laughed at in my face and then to be told they will get a cloth and wipe it post this, what a lot of ********. i didn't even receive any documentation of the service, nothing.
