Vehicle doensn't have what it advertised to have

I bought a 2014 BMW 320D M-Sport from BMW Germiston. The advert clearly states it has a towbar, 85% threads left, full service history and 96 000 kilometers on the clocks.<br> <br> I took ownership and then took the vehicle to a tyre fitment centre and they say the tyres only has 40 - 45% thread equal to 10 000km left....clearly not what I signed for. The vehicle was further checked and it doesn't have a towbar as advertised. The km's advertised was out by 2000 which means my BMW motorplan now expires 2000km before I expected. I asked for the full service history and all the salesman said..it is on your key.<br> <br> I am disgusted in his care of customers. I am now going to the CPA for attention.
