Value for Money

I'm driving a 2017 BMW F30, which is already having a battery problem after 15 months of purchase while brand new. BMW claims I left the car on that's why the battery is dead so I have few questions 1. If u leave this car on it switches off in less than 15min, 2. This car is able to update u on what needs to be fixed before u even take it for service. This means this car is sophisticated and it should tell if battery is low, or about to die. I wish BMW could just replace the battery as the car is still under Warrenty and service plan, and they stop shifting blames and denting their well established name. The world is a very dangerous place, so value your customers and treat them with dignity. They should ask other big companies which lost almost everything in less than a week.
