USELESS SERVICE

My right back window on my F21 1 Series BMW was smashed through in an attempted break-in. After following the correct steps I was advised that they do not have stock of the part and it will take 15 - 21 working days for the part to get here. <br> After advising them that I cannot drive without a window for more than a month as my livelihood is my car I was told that the only thing they can do for me is keep me updates. <br> Most useless service I have ever received!!!! <br> BMW are the only ones that make the window and therefore if they do not have stock they should be able to provide me with a courtesy car!!!<br> I am beyond appalled by the lack of service from them!!
