Unprofessional /Untruthful conduct

Hi, What is the relationship between bought car and a trade in ??? isn’t it this was supposed to be concluded before I purchased the vehicle??? I have the spare key I am pretty sure I told you about it and still waiting on you to give me an address to send same to. I am not happy about this because before I left the store with Precious as my witness you were about to fix those two dents. You asked us to wait for an hour for the guy who was supposed to do this. We were just pressed for time and you said you will try get someone to assist me in JOHANNESBURG. This shows lack of dishonesty on your side and you bought so much time taking me pillar to post. Not impressive at all. This will definitely go down as a complaint. I am not even surprised. Because all that matters now is that you made a sale.

The above is my words to the dealer after the run around/pass a buck service you get once your signature is on the dotted line. Its what I got from BMW sovereign Bloemfontein. This rep hid from me for 3 weeks after I have purchase a preowned car to only tell me 3 weeks later they won't assist with dents they said they will fix on my purchase (preowned 118i) because of damage on my previous vehicle (Stepway Sandero of which they already knew about and they took the car regardless) because obviously the sale was more important it seems. I call his manager and he tells me he won't fix the dents because it is a used car anyway and that he will spend more fixing my trade-in (Something they were supposed to distinguish before selling me a car). Disgustingly rude /no managerial qualities and no regard whatsoever to the promise they make to customers. I will definitely not recommend this BMW sovereign to anyone. Considering that I had options buy at other BMW dealers who were willing but because the rep in Bloemfontein was soooo quick to assist I ended buying with them not realizing I will have this BS to deal with later. LESSON LEARNT. #DOnotBUYpreOwned vehicles at BMW sovereign Bloemfontein. They very smooth on the tongue yet will throw you under the bus for their own gain ,how typical.
