Unprofessional behavior

BMW has suspended my motorplan 3 days after I pay R 20 K to extend siting HID headlight.<br> My car was purchased as is and I paid out off pocket to transfer motorplan with the expectation that all will be checked and everything is ok. I have the car for over 2 years and now when I have a problem they want to say sorry your motorplan has been suspended. As far as I am concerned this is *****. the issue in question was even highlighted to the dealership when my car was serviced as I had an issue with a globe . if they can now suspend in 5minutes to run away from there obligations why didn't they do there jobs they where paid for initially and I would not have purchased the vehicle and would not be here laying a complaint.
