Unprofessional and inefficient

On the 21st of August I sent my car in for service and I was told I had chips on my windscreen (which I didn't notice) and were R300+ so I told them to care of them and I paid. On the 22nd in the morning I noticed a chip on the same windscreen and I reported it. The guy said he will call me back and he never did. I reported it on the survey and I was called by 3 different people who promised they will come to me on that day to fix it and they haven't till today. They didn't even call to say why or reschedule.
