Unhappy customer

I took my car for a service yesterday at BMW JHB Mooi Street. The front brakes due for a service , fog lamp and brake lamp malfunctioned. The technician said that the brakes are still fine only the fog and brake lamps needs to be repaired. No other fault were found after the diagnostics, and it was written on the job card. When I went to collect my car, as the driver drove my car down the service consultant said to the she saw steam coming out of the engine. I asked her if there was any problem she said to me she saw steam coming out of the engine or maybe it was her imagination. I ask her if I can take the car she said yes if I do see any steam or smoke coming out of the engine I must bring the car back. I drove a few blocks from BMW JHB and steam came out of the engine I phoned Lebo immediately and told her I cannot drive my car any further steam is coming out of my car she said I must phone MBW road side assist to tow my car. I told her I will not pay for the towing of my car seeing that I just collected my car from the MBW JHB service centre she must get one of the BMW technician so come and have a look and tow the car back to the service centre. I waited for 1 hour at 21 Kruis
