Unhappy BMW owner

Poor after sales service I own a 2016 4series BMW. Earlier this year the exhaust system started giving of a rowdy sound. I took my car in and BMW told me they could not detect the sound. They needed the car for a period of 5 to 7 days at minimum.

I requested a loan vehicle in the time as this is not a fault of mine. None could be provided. I contacted BMWSA, to date I am still awaiting a response. Apparently they have loan vehicles for these eventualities and the dealership needs to reserve one with them. To date no contact from the dealership or BMWSA with reagrds to resolving the noise and issues concerned.

Terrible service from a top brand.
