********* unprofessional company with incompetant staff

BMW M3 taken in for new lock set. Car driven without permission from one branch to another. Sunroof damaged & not closing at all. Scratch on driver window. Complaint laid at BMW SA and dealership and dealership denying responsibility although brought to my attention at the dealership for these problems when the car was picked up.
