"Un-connected" Drive

I bought a new G20 3 Series BMW in April 2019. Since July, my connected drive service has not worked. So that means no app functionality, no RTTI, which makes the maps useless. So I drive around in my fancy BMW with my fancy navigation system, using Google Maps off my cellphone. I get numerous apologies from BMW, but no resolution. They seem to be unwilling or unable to address this issue.

I like the brand, but after this experience and after reading so many other negative reviews - perhaps I will also have to reconsider my future loyalty to BMW.
