Tracing BMW Unclaimed Pension Fund

Referring to BMW SA Rosslyn, Pretoria. my husband was employed at BMW Rosslyn between 1970 and 1980. We left Pretoria to settle in Kwazulu Natal. We were young and never entered our mind about our pension. He is now on pension and we are trying to track down his contribution with BMW for the plus minus 10 years he was employed by BMW. We contacted Cathrine Matseonae to please advise whom we can contact, after numerous calls and a few mails we received a mail from Cathrine advising thatAlexander Forbes have no track of my husbands contribution. The mail content "Sakina at A Forbes sent an email that she is not able to trace your name on unclaimed funds" The mail and the finality of it is unacceptable. The money must be available, if not what has been done with it. Unfortunately it seems that Cathrine has now come to the conclusion that nothing else is necessary to be done. All we want is the funds contributed at the time.
