Tools not in the car

We bought a used bmw one series in July 2017. The salesman showed us inside the car. He did not show us the boot and the tools for changing the wheel. Jan comes the wheel hits a pothole and needs to be changed the men who want to change the tyre cannot find the lock nut. We looked everywhere and its no where to be found. I phoned Greg Ferreira who said the company was sold to another company and they wont be able to assist us. I am livid because I will not pay R850 for something that did not even come with the car.
