Took car in for a repair it's been 2 months

I took my motor vehicle a BMW 320i pearl white, with registration number cf 14 rg GP to a coloured male who works for BMW Menlyn Auto who I was referred to by my friend Patrick and he told me the guy is a workshop manager. Craig asked me to bring my car at his house at no 587 great Dane street Garsfontein. I took my car at his house on 7th October 2015. I paid Craig R8000.00 for repairs and I only drive it for about 10 km and my car broke down. I phoned Craig to tell him about the situation. He came where I had a breakdown and arranged for my car to be towed to BMW Menlyn. He also gave me a service report which I received at BMW Menlyn Auto. My car is no longer at the dealership it's been at one of the employees yard without my knowledge or consent. I spoke to the manager Corne but he was unable to assist me. I then went to the headquarters BMW South Africa in Midrand Bavaria road on Wednesday the 25th of November 2015 to lodge a complaint. They couldn't assist me and was told I should go to the police station and open a case.
