THIS CAR HAS SO MANY PROBLEMS!!

I have sent my car into BMW for repairs so many times. Each time the problem is either still present or there is another problem. Last week i sent it in for service and this morning my car broke down due to over heating. The coolant level was low. This is the 5th time in the past months that i have sent it in for different problems. The service is also terrible at the branches!! Not one apology for the inconvenience and the fact that their mechanics are not doing their jobs. Maybe they are. Maybe it is BMW's policy to hold your car for a few hours, wash it and tell you it has been serviced. I really hate this car right now. I hate all the problems that come with it and the inconvenience it is causing in my Life. Seriously BMW, this is just disappointing. The quality of your vehicle and the service your branches are dishing out.
