*****s at BMW Bedfordview

On the 25th September my husband took in my car for breakpads to be fixed at BMW Bedfordview, and he forgot to remove everything that was in the car particularly the memory sticks. 1 was playing music in the car and the other 2 was in a cabihold in the car and i called Celeste to ask her to remove the sticks from the car we will get them from her. little did i know that i was already too late the memory stick that was playing had already been ****** she only found the ones that we packed away. i notified her that the memory stick is missing and i needed that as it other valuable information in it. unfortunately she no one came forward and no one wanted to take responsibility of what they had done. This is not first time this happens why must we have stress if we forget to remove anything in the cars scared that it will be ******. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable, i will never recommend anyone to take their cars there if this is the treatment we going to get from dealership. I would like something to be done about this appauling behaviour and i need someone to get back to me please.
