The worst service ever expected from a BMW dealer.

I took my car in last week Tuesday for a faulty clutch and was promised that the car will be ready by last Friday. Last Thursday I called my so called consultant to ask what time I can collect the car on Friday (31/07/2015). He tells me he can't confirm the time but my car will definitely be ready by COB Friday (31/07/2015) and that the only thing left is for the ordered parts to be installed as they already have been delivered from head office. 9 days after, I still don't have a car and they don't know when I can get my car back. From Monday every consultant I've spoken to on the phone gives me the same template answer, \unfortunately we are unable to assist you at this time
