The most frustrating and ********** service!!!!!

I sent an email requesting my car papers to be sent and paid the courier fee as requested. It has not been more than 8 WEEKS no nothign has been resolved. I have sent several emails to customer service with more empty promises and no definite delivery date in sight. How difficult is it to courier a piece of paper???? Could not be more happy to be rid of your brand wow!
