The car was for service, np 190190

<p>I took the car for service and check up for the vibrating it had , it was due for service at smg piertmaritzburg. It was 14 dec 2016, i was not consulted on that day for the update of the car, until i phone afternoon 4. 30 , i was told the car will be diagonised next morning, next morning the car wasnot even in the service bay, i was outside u could see it wasnot dealt withit previous day, i was told i will be contacted during business day was thre find faults in the car through using machine that figure what should be fixed, i was told 12 during the day that car has this job that to be dealt with, i gave them go ahead, i was phone to collect the car after completion, i was told it fine. I drove it same fault comes out and multi faults comes out that are not related to engine. This were faults came out that were new to me power steering fault, brake fault, bonent fault that is open while it closed. I am told to sign new job form i refuse and i am told that i have to pay extre 31000 , because it secondary faults. My argument that at first there were given opportunity to dertemine the faults, i was billed for now because of the incompetense of the staff to use machine to find faults. I have to pay the due.
