The best driving experience by BMW turns out to be the worst BMW experience

On Wednesday the 3rd of February 2021, i took my car (335i) for a service at BMW sovereign(Bloemfontein) and after i came to collect the vehicle, the car could only start but it couldn't move and i called the manager to come and check the vehicle with me and he came to check it and after he saw that there's a problem he insisted that they will fix the vehicle, so my car spent the Wednesday and Thursday night there at the dealership then on Friday they told me that the car is fixed and i must come and collect it.

On my arrival there i found out that they **** to me and that the car was at the worst condition than ever and they insisted that i must hire a tow truck to collect the car out of the premises.

I regret buying a car at BMW
