Terrible SERVICE. NO CALLS RETURNED

I bought my BMW S 1000 RR from Clearwater BMW last year 2014 in September. I had beautiful service, reception and constant feedback from Riaan Schrikerling who helped me purchase my bike until I took delivery.<br> <br> On Monday 06th April I met up in accident on Linksfield offramp. I came off my bike while taking the offramp, the road was slippery.<br> I was taken to Union hospital on the Monday 06th April.<br> <br> On Tuesday (while at the hospital) I called Clearwater BMW to ask which panelbeaters do they user to repair accident damaged bikes. I spoke to Rolene in the Service department who stated that they do repair damaged motorcycles. So for consistency sake I had a friend delivery my bike at Clearwater BMW on Tuesday. I called to check if they took delivery and she confimed that I will have my repairs quoation on Thursday 09th April.<br> <br> It's now Friday and I still have not received my quotation.<br> I've made severals yesterday (09th April) to Clearwater BMW, I left several messages for Rolene and Morne and they still have not returned my call. I called again this morning and got through to Rolene and she promised that Morne will call me. I''m still waiting.<br> <br> Terrible service!!!!!!
