Terrible Service form BMW SA and its Dealers

6 months of to and fro after my car was servcied poorly at a BMW dealership and more than 30 days without my car. BMW SA as well as its dealerships have got the worst customer service out there. I have owned cars by other vehicle manufacturers and the service I received was excellent compared to BMW. Generally, the entire experience has been disgusting.
