TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have been sitting with a customers car be me since june 2021, she passed away in October and I have been trying to get these people from bmw to sort out the paperwork on the car, but they are useless. The car still belongs to bmw, as there was no insurance, the car was in a minor accident and she still owed money on the car.

Bmw refuses to pay they storage fees, even after giving them a 50% discount. They dont even respond to emails asking what the process is or what the outcome was of the assessor that came out to assess the damage in January.

If only they were as eager to recover unpaid for vehicles from a deceased person as they are to take your money
