Terrible Service at BMW Cosmetic Cover Insurance

I am so annoyed with the BMW Cosmetic Cover Insurance. I don't know if they get incentivized for finding a reason to reject claims, but they absolutely don't seem like they want to help. I logged 2 claims on my car in Jan, and I am still fighting the battle to have at least one of them approved. One was apparently rejected because the costs were more than R3000. I called numerous times and sent an email to explain that the claim was 2 separate incident and therefore my claim per incident is still within the R3000 threshold. The second claim, their consultants keep insisting I have a damage on my bonnet of which the dealer has confirmed that they is nothing. They keep sending me from pillar to post about this and I am so tired of them trying to find a reason to reject my claims. Can someone who wants to assist at this place please do because I am dealing with people that just seems to want to make my life difficult. If I have to drive my car to them at once to see how small and unrelated my scratches are, I am more than willing to. As long as someone wants to help.
