Terrible service and dishonesty by Wayne Rundle from Joburg city auto

I called BMW Joburg city auto numerous times without any response to find out whether I was going to receive my vehicle after service. I only received a response after 16:00 that I won't be receiving my vehicle because they were waiting for parts. I asked why they were informing me about the matter this late, Wayne Rundle asked me why I was getting angry and I was left stranded without a car.The following morning my brother dropped me at BMW Joburg city auto to get my car and I was told by Wayne Rundle that they will only be ordering the parts today and I will receive my vehicle the following day. I asked them to cancel that service and return my car only to find out that the xdrive logo on the passenger's side had been removed without my permission and when I inquired why I was told that they did not remove it and Wayne Rundle put the phone down while I was still speaking.
