TERRIBLE SERVICE

At BMW fourways I got sold a car with problems, whenever I call in to get assistance I never get a response, the guy that sold me the car just literally ignores me whenever I write to him, I was informed that they will take the car in, january to fix dents and screcthes even today im waiting, the car makes a knocking sound when I start it and the hand brake is also giving problems, they dont even reply to emails and they do not take me as a person that bought a car from them serious, the service there is terriblem
