Terrible service

I took my car for service at one of your branches in Joburg City. Firstly I got terrible service as I asked for them to also do alignment for me as I felt the car pulling to the left. To my surprise this was not done and the lady named Zandi told me the rims were buckled, this I was told only when I went to fetch the car, I really don't think this was true as I feel she felt it was going to be too much work since I was claiming this from my insurance - the reason I'm saying this is because of the statement she made when I first got there in the morning, she said why would you bring a rattle on a Friday...the worst thing is the scratches I found today on top of the car with a brown and pink paint. I am so upset right now it's not even funny
