TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>Please help me I have a serious problem with above mentioned</p> <p>Dealership I took my car to them in May for no power they kept</p> <p>It for three days and called to collect vehicle on Saturday they said to</p> <p>Me they replaced thermostat and bleed coolant system you need</p> <p>Antifreeze and water to bleed coolant it was invoiced on I started the</p> <p>Car coolant light was on open bonnet find no water inside car</p> <p>I told them they called technician to put water my sister drove the car</p> <p>To Pretoria she got stacked I went and towed the car to club Pretoria</p> <p>Vehicle it was sorted in one day . THANK TO CLUB PRETORIA BMW</p> <p>WITH THE GOOD SERVICE THEY GIVE TO THE CLIENTS REGARDLESS OF</p> <p>COLOUR .</p> <p> </p> <p>Drove back to Limpopo 1st week of June book the car with modern autohaus</p> <p>Again for clutch shudder and knocking noise from front wheels test car with</p> <p>Service manager Willie he confirmed my complain he need vehicle for four</p> <p>To solve the problem I agreed give him the third day I went passed my car was still parked</p> <p>Same spot I went inn to ask cause no one bother to call and update me I spoke to financial manager</p> <p>(Tania ) she said service manager he is on training that week she will contact on Monday never happened</p> <p>Went to the again the technician (Shaun) told my flywheel has hot spot but BMW SA don’t want to approve</p> <p>Replacement of flywheel , I than open case with Bmw customer care than received sms stating Alfred Kganane</p> <p>Will contact me regarding the case on 29/06/2017 he called me a week later and told he is waiting for Bruce Moyo</p> <p>Whom is from BMW SA technical he visiting the dealer to test my car on the 16-06 -2017 I waited again than he came</p> <p>And tested the car with me and service manager than willie again requested the car for two days and if is going to be</p> <p>More than that he will give me a loan car with Bruce authorisation , dropped vehicle on 14/07/2017 no update till I</p> <p>Had to drive the again today to get update I was told technicians are on training they need now till Thursday </p> <p>I asked about promised loan car cause I need to go to training on Wednesday Willie not loan cars and he the one who</p> <p>Promised me that loan car I was looking forward to get another car with them but with this dealer colour work I think</p> <p>BMW SA must get us another dealer .</p> <p>I ALWAYS DRIVE BMW ,S NEVER EXPIRANCE SUCH UNPROFISIONAL AND RESIST TREATMENT WITH MY BMW</p> <p>DEALER SANDTON AUTO BMW IS JUST THAT I JUST RELOCATED BUT I THINK IS BETTER DRIVE TO SANDTON TO SERVICE MY CARS THE</p> <p>CAUSE IT STILL CAUSE ME MORE FUEL AND KM,S TO DRIVE UP AND DOWN TO THIS DEALER WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
