Tardy repair service at BMW Northcliff

Good day,

I took my 2017 520d for repairs after hitting a minor pot hole on the 22/03/2018. Till this day I am getting ****py service from the non responsive service consultant Carol. I was told to collect my car after a long time only to find ridiculously different from rims fitted. I was told BMW Gewrmany sent the wrong rims I have to wait further after a month. This place is run like a corner shop. No respect or courtesy from the service consultant Carol. So upsets with the poor workmanship. Qualified BMW mechanics fit glaringly different rims and sign off the job as completed. This is the worst experience I have aver had since buying my first BMW in 2006.
