Taking 400% longer then should

BMW f30 320i booked in for service<br> had problems with front suspension was the firs priority ,<br> they found a problem on FEM unit witch they ordered and fitted sad to say <br> they know I need a vehicle as my work depend on it at its been 5 days and the suspension has not been touched .<br> <br> no courtesy car available so now there bad prioritising influences my business<br> <br> as I wanted to upgrade the vehicle to a later model im really reconsidering it as this is my service I receive .<br> <br> please assist ASAP<br> <br>
