Suspicious Activity-Swapping car detaild
Today was my first time at this dealership, I brought my car in because it was making a funny sound. When I come to collect my car the invoice had the incorrect owner details, address and telephone number and I had to fight with the Service rep (Moses Mpinga) to update the invoice details. He wanted to leave it..... the invoice read that my car apparently belongs to Basetsana Makwela who stays in Pretoria west and they've swapped my cellphone number around. When I asked the Customer service manager (Marc) to check he realised that 2 profiles had been created using my I'd number and the other also had a Transnet email address, I've never worked at Transnet this was created by the Sales rep (Jaco Pienaar)... this is too much of a coincidence..... what is happening at this dealership, what do I do if my car gets ****** after bringing it here and how will it be traced if their system says my car belongs to Basetsana? When they checked on their system from back end this Basetsana doesn't own a BMW . I am highly disappointed and greatly concerned by my experience
