Stay away from Mini Sandton

I took my car to Mini Sandton for a brake fluid service and has such a bad and unprofessional experience that I will never go back or buy a vehicle from them. I was there at 7am and was informed at 11am only that it was being taken in. When I asked a simple question to see if it could be ready by 3pm I was told I could always reschedule for another day. I told them about the tailgate stop light that mists up when washing the car with a hose pipe and the said I must take a picture and send to them for further action. I asked her to please just try replicate the problem before sending me on my way. Why can she not do the trouble? Furthermore when I asked to see the invoice, even though it's on motor plan, to see what was done she just said that she would email it to me which she never did. I also got no follow up from the branch about my experience. I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism at any dealer.
