Sovereign BMW worst dealership

I have a BMWE46 when i purchased the car called in to have the car serviced i was told the car was too old and they dont service these models anymore. In this year BMW had a recall campaign for this same model on the air bag so i tried to make a booking for the campain phoned in and was told somone would call me back to date im still waiting for that call, phoned back and made a booking and was slotted in on the 23rd of December 2021 told the lady i Needed my car by the 24th before 12hoo tried calling the dealership on the 23 rd afternoon got through and my call was cut on numerous ocations on the 24 th same thing happened i then went in to the dealership and was told the part did not come in. They have no ethics to at least call you and update date you on progress of your vehicle
