Sovereign bmw

I had my vehicle serviced in Jan 2020 and they neglected to sign and stamp my service book at the dealership. i logged a call with bmw sa and they (sovereign) got in touch with me to then come and collect my service book last week friday at 16h00. sovereign dealership failed to get in touch with me or even come and collect the service book, alas, no one from the dealership has made any contact with me ever since. their service is simply pathetic and unacceptable. my wife also purchased a car at the same dealership and when her car was serviced, they didnt put the service book in the car as well. i will not be buying another vehicle through them ever again!! bmw has lost a customer in me with shoddy service
