Sluggish driving pleasure!!!

Purchased the BMW 330LCI in 2015, the handling of this car is bad. When you drive off the wheels change direction as if you losing control even when on sport+ mode, handling is just terrible. Mind you the car is still under warranty, this is just bad from BMW. The body makes an aweful brrr sound when playing music loudly, but when I press on the side skirt the sounds goes quiet. It's just a classic case of bad assembly. the front bonnet cover came in fitted scew, this car was on 0kms when I bought . I took it in to Alberante to be made straight but still it came back skew. This is the worst I've had from BMW, I'm really thinking of crossing floors...there's no sheer driving pleasure anymore it's just sluggish!
