**** show service
Recently my M2 was booked into to bmw fourways for a quality check for the motor plan transfer. Service was good until i got the car back, i showed the service consultant that they had scratched my leather seat, as well as dropped something on the top of the back bumper by the boot. This left a nasty scratch and the paint was taken off. After the service consultant had acknowledged the issue, taken pictures and promised that his manager would sort this out.
After getting hold of the service manager this morning,he tells me they still making sure that this actually happened at the dealership! Talk about No accountability,i have sent the dealer principal an email with the pictures.. now we wait!
They also told me front left rim is buckled, turns out at TWT it is front right.
Lastly the car went for a ceramic coating and i told them a few times, DO NOT WASH THE CAR! As it needs to be dry for a week.
The service consultant apologises and says sorry, he did write it down for the guys on the form but they still washed it!
Bmw please employ proper people! This is the first time i have dealt with them. Dont waste your time here!!
Editing this as i received a response from the dealer principle see below:
Good morning Jeetan,
Thank you for your mail received. Your vehicle is a 2019 model with 64 000KM, which came in for a quality check and change of ownership. I have reviewed your concern and It stands to reason that any vehicle with your age and KM’s should have stone chips and/or leather scuffs. Although I understand your frustration, our final position is that BMW Fourways will not be in a position to assist in this matter. You are however assured of our best attention in motoring needs.
Kind regards,
Riaan Roux

It is not a stone chip🤷♂️
