Shortfall

my husband and i had a bmw 3 series and after we were unemployed we returned it since we could not pay vehicle any and we requested that vehicle be sold at settlement amount car was returned december 2017.my husband ID *** 087 and we got and email saying they handing us over since we cannot pay shortfall and we asked that they shouldnt be interest on the shortfall since we are unable to pay and explained that we are unemployed.and that they must help us with an arragement on our situation and not hand us over and this was the lady response.

so since we unemployed we would like help with this issue we returned car because we were unemployed and could not afford to pay for it anymore.but now since we are told we are owing this huge amount of money and no arragement wants to be made by bmw for us to continue leaving while we figure out how to pay them back and it does not help to have interests on our side since we cant even pay current amount i hope some rather than Ntombizethu Kubeka can help us with this situation cause she is not interested.
